Is there a safe way to keep my stuff/money safe from other players? ANY?

Is there ways to gain more inspiration points? I can't make bottles still too hard for me . I got the skills

How do I get a stall for me to sell stuff?

How do I get to cut people scalp?

How do I take peoples stuff when they are down? or what skilled do I need to get if any?

There are plenty of ways to keep your stuff safe. First of all build a leanto. Surround your leanto with walls (a stone hedge is the bare minimum, a brickwall will assure you a most durable safety). Then, or before, build a claimstone to prevent your walls from decaying. Don't forget to build a gate and put a lock on it.

You gain inspiration points over time. You just have to wait, pay for potions (at players stalls or at other players) or craft your own potions.

You can get a stall when the devs sell one. It usually happens on Sunday evening GMT time. Morning PST time. They recently sell around 15k (the auction starts at 3k but the price goes up quickly).

You right click on an unscalped corpse and use the command scalp. I am unsure if it needs any skill.

THe skill you need to loot people is Larceny. I strongly suggest against using it as it will leave a summonable scent (which can be picked up and used to summon you even if you are online so you can get killed).

Regarding leanto, you can pick up a container, and rightclick on leanto. This will store your container inside leanto. It can hold up to 2 containers.

You can buy bottles from NPC in town.

Inspiration has a regen. You can mouse over the number lower left corner in study window. The regen is based on certain skills and your black bile.

Buy a purse.

Gather 150 silver, keep it in your purse(to buy claim certificate, dont bring a certificate in case you get knocked out). Find a place far away from Providence, 2 hours of walking or so in a general direction, gather materials for leantos while you walk. Build a leanto every 30 minutes and make it a homestead. (So you do not end up where you started if knocked out) When you find that perfect place, build a leanto, make it homestead. Travel to providence and buy a claim certificate. Travel home and and build your claimstone. Build up your humors, expand claim, then start building your wall/locks

Already been said, the auctions or if a stall loses its blue canopy

You need the revenge skill

Larceny is the skill, also crime doesnt pay, you will usually die sooner or later if you do it.

Yes, summoning someone offline for crimes is a thing here, and you do permanently die for it.
