LA recovery slow down?

My inspiration (LA) recovery speed is 3.48/s -- 300k per day
But in the past 24 hrs my LA just added less than 300k...from 450,000 to 560,000
Its that a bug or intend to slow down ?
Or my illusion?

It goes slower once you reach 50%+

It goes slower once you reach 50%+
Yep 500,000 is 50% of mine
