Apologies if Subject doesn't explain much but here's the question:
What are the + numbers that I get when doing actions like chipping stone?

Difficulty rating for chipping stone. With +15 you get 85 difficulty rubble.

For coal clamps, logs on a sawbuck, planting in pot, etc, it's the number of item you get more. For example planting a tomato in a gardening pot: +3 means you'll get 2 (base yield) +3 extra yield.
