1 how and when to pay tax for the weekly rent of stalls?
2 if i use purge, will i lose the item i put in?
3 under what situation that i may lose the stall?

1. open your stall - there will be a button to pay. If it's not there then it means the stall is paid for at least a week (the button appears exactly a week before the paid time is over). If the paid time is over but there are money in the stall then rent fee will be deducting from this money, extending the paid time by another week.

3. When paid time is over and there is no silver in the stall. Not sure what happens if stall owner is killed - I think the stall can be inherited by a new character.

some additions:

1) the rent can now also be paid through tax. The first bit of your tax each week will count towards the rent as well.
2) you'll have to click the button tons of times to actually destroy the items in there. it deletes the entire stack in one go, and is non-recoverable
3) you can also relinquish your control over it through a button in the interface of the stall (near your rent status).

I'm unsure myself what happens to a stall if the owning character dies. Does anyone know ?

I am pretty sure that if the owner dies the ownership is relinquished.

what happens with the silver in till in that case?
