hi, i've been inactive for about 2 month - i just logged in any my char is naked - no cloth, no gold etc. - is it now possible to steal from logged out char that havent left any scents?

Yes. Since the last patch you can loot a leanto and take all the character's stuff. Also you might be naked because you logged off without having a leanto.

i had a leanto when i logged out but i think it decayed while i was inactive - is there any chance in getting back that stuff? it was some realy expensive socket gear

If you were looted fairly recently then you might try going back on foot to where your leanto was, look for scents, try to track the thief / your items and steal them back. But for a naked pilgrim with no base / cash - rather impossible
