Weird acting characters?

Nowadays I found my old friend(afk for a long time) logging in game 24h....
And I found this

I asked him whether is he playing and he said "no"

So *what the hell* is that? BOT ? GAME SYSTEM?

probably characters without a leanto/claim,they stay ingame if they don't have a homestead.

The Devs like moveing people around when they are afk in Providence - clears the way for other players and looks really funny

How dare you log in and AFK in my town! I don't care if I did make it to where you can't log out due to game mechanics!

Can we grind up all those noobs and make noob sauce to fertilize fields with? Lol
