Sign built disappeared

I built some signs to store wood blocks and stones in my p-claim
Today I found these area clean with no sign....Is there a sign-wipe-system after the zone closed ?
(My friend lives with me but I don't think its his destruction)

Just decided to remind that after the introduction foregoing changes you John was promised the structure for storing large amounts of material(now it's a big pain for all pilgrims). And it was half a year ago. We still hope to see the implementation of what you promised.
