Leeches

I've recently been diseased, and am trying to find leeches to cure it. I've wandered around in some swamps, but haven't spotted them. Do I need to fish for them, or is there a skill that is required?

They can be some what rare so make sure you are using forage.

Keep in mind there is a swamp, and a marsh biome, you want the one with really green and weird dirt, and water in it.
