Hello...I dont have a homestead but i cant log in either without losing everything i have(all i have is the stuff in my backpack) Is there any chance i can like spawn next to the claim someone put under me when i left the game a few months ago?

Sounds like you are trying to log into an area that somebody has since built on. You don't have much of a choice here except to force log on anyway and go back to where you think you were to pick up your things.
