Posted: Tue Dec 23, 2014 10:09 pmCheck from your town bell interface. They are probably a trial member. if you trust them, then you can 'promote' them to a full member where they can do horrible things to your town, including digging and destroying stuff.

Posted: Tue Dec 23, 2014 11:24 pmAlso take note, the boxes you check are for giving that person permissions to do that selected task. By checking "make citizen (or however it is worded)" you are in fact giving that player the power to invite people to the town.

Because it reduces the quality of soil around. Qualitative soil is one of the most expensive things in Haven.
