I was playing the game for several hours (I believe last weekend) and then the server went down. When it finally came back up, I had lost the skills that I had upgraded that day and a window (like one from the devs) popped up and said everyone would receive a free hat box do to the roll back. (I thought it said a hat box, but maybe I was wrong and it said something else.) Anyway, I never got mine. How do I get it?

It is one of the NPC guys standing around in town, near the statue. He is the postmaster.
