Management Options in Town

Hi,

I recently have built my first town and am now trying to understand all the permission mechanics. I only find 3 categories in "Commonwealth & Government" which among other let's me offer Citizenship. However, from what I read there's many more options to manage permissions - I just don't see a way to do so? Also, clicking on the town bell only let's me renounce mayorship.
Second Thing is, I can't really see how much Money is left in the Bell like I can when interacting with a pclaim Stone?

The wiki doesn't really help on all this either (I might be too dumb to find the right page/s though)
So, what am I missing?

Look in the bottom left of your screen, there's a town icon there

You use Ctrl-p to access your town's information, it will show you how much silver is in your bell and who is in your town. You can also select the name of one of your town members to change their permissions.
