I've searched google and the forums and I can find no reference to this item anywhere.
What is this items purpose in game? I've no idea how i got it. I think it was there when i created this char.

Sorry for the stupid noob questions. So this key is useless to me if I don't where it goes, right? If so, i'll just drop it off some random place in providence for another noob to pick up.

If you are the only one that uses your account or your base, do whatever you want with it, after you checked it's really not yours. If you have friends with who you share account or base, ask them before throwing it.
