Following the wiki I'm dabbling into gardening in pots.

I was able to plant wild garlic, oakworth and New World gourds. However when I try to plant red bell peppers or Devil's Wort,(which the wiki says I should be able to) the game won't let me. The pots are prepped the same with hummus and water, but right-clicking doesn't put the plant in the pot.

You need Vegetable Potting and Floriculture.

Is that a new requirement since the wiki was updated? It only says Gardening required for both.

The wiki isn't 100% updated. Lots of the skill requirements are not up there yet.

Because Devil's Worts are foraged they have no skill listed and you can get Bell Peppers with just Gardening you just can't replant them, its accurate just not as helpful as it could be.
