can't figure how to make knife blade, is there a skill that unlocks making of it?

Currently to make the knife itself you need hideworking

Though when you go onto the actual knife blade wiki page it says "Skills Required: None"

My guess would be to acquire blacksmithing if you dont already have that.

Yea thats what confused me, thanx I'll try to see if Blacksmithing unlocks it
