How do I light a fire?

Tinder drill - it takes 3 autumn grass and 2 sticks. Craft that, pick it up with left-click and then right-click whatever you want to light.

You can also use 3 wood chippings instead of autumn grass.

Or maple leaves if you are so inclined.
