Any Guides on Criminal Acts?

My main question is what would be the consequences of trespassing?

And you can get KO-d on the claim if you don't watch your bbile. In which case you'll stay there until 24 hours pass or the claim owner kills you/sends you home.

Is killing you the same as sending you home?

Killing is killing, sending home is sending someone back to their claim unharmed.
(I think the majority of people would just kill the knocked out criminal on their claim)

Someone can only summon you if you're online right? And they can summon you from anywhere?

No, they can summon you only if you're offline or at Boston. They can summon you at your homestead, or if you don't have one at their own.

Offline? Does your offline char fight back or is it just a dummy waiting to be killed?

A dummy, you don't have to commit crimes you know.. if you're afraid of being killed.
