does being closer to 200 give high chance of tier 3 or does 150+ give the same odds no matter what?

Closer to 200 gives a higher ratio of T3 to T2 than 151 does.

From my experience with cotton the yield seems to be 1-(200 - (bar 1 + bar 2))/50 x base item amount x (plenty/100).
So if i have 90:80 split of bar 1 and bar 2 that's 1-((200-170)/50) x 5 x(i run 500%) 5
1-(30/50) x 25 => 0.4 x 25 => 10 pieces of sea island. 15 pieces of Egyptian(green higher)/Indian(red higher).
Disclaimer: i don't pay that much attention, but that's what it feels like.
