Is there a list that gives the exact usage of each slot attribute?

Like, productivity -- what all it affects, what it helps increase, etc. etc.

Can someone link to that or give me a short list of the more common ones?

http://www.salem-wiki.com/mediawiki/ind ... :Artifacts

Production adds to all other civilian activities(listed below)
Mining - affects purity of ore boulders your dig out (and speed with which you mine out boulders i think)
Weaving - lets you make clothes faster (totally useless atm.)
Woodworking - makes you chop trees down faster/chop logs faster. Won't make you cut boards faster though.
Culinary - speeds up food making. (seems pretty useless(at least to me) if you ain't spam making like 50-100+ foods at a time)

As for combat:
common combat power - add powers to every attack
common combat def - add defense against any attack
^those 2 are kinda like production for civilian

Feral defense - defense against animals

As for other combat artifacts power/def. To know what adds to what just hover mouse over your attack. It'll tell you attack type of said move. So basically to boost dmg of that move you'll have to slot corresponding combat type artifact.

Yeah I did forgot about soil digging.
Soil digging - helps with digging the soil only. Doesn't help with quarries. For quarries there is skill called:
From 5% per tick to 15% per tick:

Does it affect size and purity of excavated boulders?

I have got on the wrong side of the RNG because since I got ambitious excavation I mostly seem to get smaller boulders, it would be nice if it at least caused less tiny boulders, even if it doesn't increase chance of massive ones. Anyway this thread is about artifacts, sorry for the derail.

Your Mines and Mountains proficiency affects your boulder size. You always have the same tiny chance to get a 1 lime bean or a 100 lime monster, but the sizes in between vary based on rng and proficiency.
