Just wondering with all the fights competitions you have is there any way for the new players to take part in those but I know there's no way I feel I could ever match something like holding a chest for 5 minutes playing for the short time I have against players that have been playing for years

The oldest characters are only 8 months old and there are players in the top 10 that are only 3 months old.

Yeah you can still have fun! My toon is only a month old and I'm around a 150 in all. I didn't win, but I managed to KO a few people before I went down. It was really fun.

And I participated when it was only a week old, and it was still fun.

Take some time to study food recipes, it is surprisingly easy.

Plus it is good practice for if you ever get attacked. Even just learning to keep calm while the fighting is going on might save your life one day.

I think this argument is void. Characters may be 3 months old, but they are probably backed up by 8 months old infrastructure or crafting chars.

In any case, the fights are for the best. If one wants to be among those "the best" then he has to get ready for a grind.

I"m at 23 on everything and I'm having a really hard time finding food that is good for phlegm. Blah.

I haven't given up though. lol. I will say, however, that berry salad has been a godsend, but after a few more increases, it won't work as well. lol

Grab a crab and put it in one of the slots of a fireplace - eventually it will become a cooked crab which is really good for early phlegm

With smoked meats, you can get to 50 humours in 10 minutes (it will need waay more time to smoke all that meat though)

But basically, bile 3 levels up & the timer resets, rince & repeat, use 80%+ meat to get to 80 humours this way.
