Has anyone tried to study Oakum 2 out of 3 uses and then still use it for building boat/canoe ? does that work ?

Works with anything else, thorny flowers, anything really. So while I haven't tried it i'm sure it still works as a craft.

I can confirm that studying it once and using it for building still works, so I assume, as Lachlaan says, as with everything else it is fine to study and use it with only one charge.

also works with stuff like Beavers Teeth or other artifacts that serve as inspirationals and can be used in both, used up till 1 left then slot
