Hello,

Trying to get Lore of the Lumberwoods for my starter character. I have 10 in Frontiers and Wilderness, and 7 in Law and Lore and Sparks and Embers (see under), which, as I understand it, is more than sufficient to get Lore. Yet, I can't buy it just yet.

What I am missing? Why the red lines in those proficiencies' bars?
