Fibre Netting

I wanted to make a fish trap, but then i need fibre netting. How do i make it? I haven't found the recipe on wiki, not up to date at least (http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Fish_Trap).

It should be in craft->processing and materials. If it's not you need to unlock it, and I have no clue what skill that requires

Do you have Weaving? Seems like the most logical prerequisite.

Fibre Netting unlocked with Patchwork & Rags, a pretty low level skill.
