Alright, I've done a little experimentation and decided to help everyone else who can't figure it out.
Now that ingredients are what makes up the composition of recipes, it's become important to know what they do. ¦]

Updated with recent testing, added a few shellfish, two corn types and green cabbage. Corrected colewort base value.
