Stone walls random decay

I log in and see my stone wall has a bazillion decay spots after the patch,i still have money in and some of those spots are impossible to reach.Has anyone else suffered from this thing and if so any explanation you can share
like did an earthquake occur or something

Yeah, all my walls, stone and otherwise, have damaged spots. I don't know why, they've always been claimed. The damage is visible now because of the HP change to walls, but I do wonder why they got damaged in the first place.

That was before I investigated further. Real problem turned out to be that the walls only store the dmg done to them. So players who had damaged walls can now see it more easily when the hit points were lowered.
