i just accidentally died at the beach in water, but when i returned my items were gone? there was no player, and it was 20seconds from my leanto...

i just accidentally lost inspiration potions worth 1500s?

is there like a supportpage or supportsystem that might help or am i just going to chargeback? not going to throw 15$ worth of potions (used rl cash) in the bin cuz the game doesnt tell/teach you u die when going into water...

Dude, sorry about your loss. Read through the forums for info and advice on how the game is played. This game does not hold your hand and you have to dig for the information. That you spent IRL money is irrelevant.

yeah but shouldnt there be a tutorial explaining you the basics of how to die or loose items ingame?

in RL i wont ***** drown in water cuz i know how to swim (the swimming was even only 2-3 meters) then i expect it to be common sense not to die in such a absurd way ingame...

no such thing as holding hands when the mechanics are flawed and let you die in absurd ways...

You only learn to play/know the game better by things like this happening to you, be happy it was 'only' 1500s

Some people lost a character due to swimming in the past, apperently you couldn't knock out while swimming in the darkness or you lost your character permanently.

It's kinda like when as a ten bile noob I studied a whispering snake instead of selling for 1k silver. Painful lesson.
