Howdy do, I'm kind of struggling on my biles, I get all this food that sais it gives Black Bile of course with other Biles, but I never seem to raise any levels in BB, I've been using Oatmeal Crackers, Boiled Gourds and a few other filler items to half fill the bar but to no assistance.

Any help please?

Most of boiled foods give nice black bile.

Yup boil the new world gourds. Even better when you boil it in a high purity pot with high purity water. The results are nice!

Jup, seaweed rolls as well and boiled mushrooms. (Or non boiled ones, toadstools, if you don't care about a debuff for a while.)

Candied oakworth tarts, the fruit jelly, crab salad for another small one.

For a more expensive one there's cabbage crush salad with garlic bulbs, and either a debuff yellow corn oil for cabbage restore, or blue or white corn oil for a buff to BB but no restore.

Keep in mind terrines are better for BB if you use garlic bulbs, and bear meat.
