Yellow in combat

Hello I am totally new to the game and had a question. What happens when in combat and you run out of yellow? It seems like eating does not get you any back while in combat. If you run out are you SOL and just dead?

you can use composure to drain ur bb and give you yellowbile else your outta luck and should bolt.
