Destroying a misplaced tilled field

Hey,

So I must be utterly stupid or something similar but can't figure out how to destroy the field I tilled to wrong place on my claim.
Destroy does not work, digging the mid removes it but re-leveling it re-creates, so I gave up.
Any tips?

You have to use salt on the field
