How does one obtain a Swim Bladder? I know its from fish, but is it the butchery of them or something else?

It's butchery. You might have to go through a couple dozen fish to get one though.

Did the patch make them rarer? I used to get them quite a lot on my fish alt.

I never fished much before, but now that there's fish traps and some useful gluttony fish foods, I do. I seem to get one every 20 or so fish. I don't know how that compares to what it was before and maybe I'm just unlucky.

I always got one like every 5 fish, and i bloody hated it since i had so many traps and not enough space to put all them bladders!
