Is it possible to improve the purity of turkeys raised in coop? By feeding them with pure seed or etc? Thx.

no, you can use alchemy to improve turkeys though.

Don't forget to start with turkeys as high as possible. I believe it's possible to find up to ~10% in the wild, though those are rare.
