Only time I have ever seen a canoe start to decay was when no one had used it (also off claim) in a very long time. Putting it on your back will repair it. I have only found 1 canoe like this myself, because canoes don't naturally decay from use like rowboats do.

Boats, Canoes etc. will be dealt with in some small fashion next month. They will no longer decay after next patch.

We have it in. But commented it out because we honestly cannot think of a good reason to do so, and don't feel like investing resources into all the ways you guys will abuse it.
