Non-Logical Inspiration

Hello!

I wanted to study a stray chestnut which says i require 1700 inspiration which i have (to get my pottery done), but the game gives me a error message i need double of that!

Why?

if you study something more than once in same time frame the inspiration required to study increases by like 40%+,
I know it's lame.

The new way of inspirational use is MUCH better than before, and I think will honestly cause less confusion for new people. At higher levels of proficiencies, forgetting you had already studied a certain item in the current round could REALLY mess you up, this is far more forgiving.

This. But it doesn't change the fact that the tooltips are now lying to the general public. We are looking at fixing when we push the new default client out.
