I cant seem to find the option to kick players from town. Where would I find this option?

My partners cant chop trees or dig on town claim that is not part of pclaim. Can I fix this?

CNTRL-P to open the town window. In there you will be able to kick and promote players.

Invite your partners to the town. As for digging and chopping trees that would be waste-like activity and you will need to promote them to full citizens. Do so at your own risk as if they are not your friends you may not be happy about your choice to give them such freedoms on your land.

Can Confirm, etc. In the previous test servers the best experiences I had were with a good group of trustworthy, accountable people, and the worst, with freeloading, irresponsible unaccountable people.

It created real friction when just one guy was constantly stealing communal goods/other peoples ****, and turning his P-Claim in town into "Hoarders: Salem Edition". He couldn't even USE all the **** he was hoarding, and worst of all, neither could we. I think we eventually pitched him out, but even that took a while because the mayor at the time took about a month to decisively quit and give mayorship to an active player.
