You could quarry stone from it, but not much can be built on that.

But what can I do for the "bluer" tiles? I can't drop dirt on there

You can't raise the corners of the quarry, so you'll have to even out the quarry by taking boulders out and then lowering the dirt to match the quarry, if you're going for an anti-OCD look.

Just leave it, it's just a quarry. You don't even out limepits either, right?
