what is happening with PP ?

When you raise a proficiency it takes 2 points and all the other prof. with filled bars take 1 point , right ?

well, i raised PP ( item used: The Wicked Wicker Man ) and only raised 1 point, also other prof. with filled bars none..

why is this happening ? PP has a different behavior than other profs ?

That's exactly how it is supposed to work.
When you level it, its level only increases by 1 while other proficiencies remain the same.

I know you aren't suppose to use the WSS for proficiencies, but I found five in my first couple weeks playing and figured they weren't all that uncommon, so I did use one and had my volume all the way up. Freaked out both me and my dogs.
