Water purity

What is the best water purity that can be found ?
I have found up to 5% ( 1,52 ) till now, but I have seen post that say it goes up to 10% ?
is that achievable ?

Also interesting to know: water purity is not capped by any proficiency, so you don't need to increase those to find a high purity source!

that is good to know
easyest way to find water spots is to travel world and check water what has 10 leantos near by .
