Honestly thought, what will happen if you get to lv9 at the exact same coordinate on 2 lv8s of the same mine? The entrance to lv 9 overlapped or what?

Isn't level 8 the one thats connected to all the other mines of the world?

The forge must be lit. You can use them only when the corresponding chimney has no smoke coming out of it.

Not sure what I did wrong. The forge was lit and tried to use the correct bellow. When that didn't work I tried the other two also.
Ill give it another go.

Maybe I am not click correct spot. Will a tool tip come up to use?

you have to stand behind it... it didn't work when i was standing at the side of the bellow.
Btw it is much more efficient if you are 3 people helping each other. 1 person can keep the melter running while the other two makes the wrought iron. also make sure to have alot of coal nearby.
A rough estimate i would say melting 30 wrought iron bars takes about 300 coal with 3 people helping each other.

2 people are optimal for 1 forge. 1 person is making bars at the same pace that forge is melting them

Do you think that I should add more inventory slots for the finery forge so that optimal still increases with 3 people?

Well, it would allow towns to increase coal-efficiency that way. Dunno if the gap between hermits and towns wouldn't be too large then
