Updated template for VariableFoodGreens, added the greens category to the variable food table for people that like tables more.

Updating the recipes that were moved to the new category with values as well, and will throw in the new variable template where needed.

Will try to double-check the cabbage ones to see that they point to the right template.

Game Menu is fixed and also the Cabbage Food Template is now seperated from Vegetables.
Just need to figure out the Variable Values for Vegetables now. - lachlaan still did it!

Surf & Turf entry is not up to date.
It says:

while the reduction is -15% at 35% chance
Full & Fed is also shorter

There are a couple bad external links that go to websites that no longer exist/have been converted to malware.

For example, the Forums link on the main page - it just needs to be corrected to salemthegame.com, instead of salemgame.com. There are a couple more instances of that incorrect URL in the tutorials section, but I haven't checked all of them yet!

But there is surely some more food that has not the right values in reason of changes in last patches.
Would be nice if you guys report all of them.

1 - The unbaked mushroom pie page:

It states you need 7 of any mushroom, in game you only need 5.

2 - The rested pie dough page:

http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Rested_Pie_Dough

Under the "required by" section, there is no listing of Humble meat pie.

I guess a problem of the wiki cache again.
For logged in people there is a "reload" option, for not logged in people a workaround to check if the page maybe needs a reload:
1. Click the option "show source" or "history", then you will get in URL field of your Browser an URL like: http://salemwiki.info/index.php?title=R ... on=history
2. replace "action=history" with "action=purge" and hit Enter
Now the page will be reloaded and rebuild. You should see then all actual entries end dependecies.
