IMO a siege should always happen on the defenders terms, so I really think the defender should be able to set which hours they want a waste claim to become active. I however don't think this should be free. For example you could have a mechanic where a townbell has a second pool of silver from which an activating waste claim should draw money. Once this pool of silver reaches zero or the or the the clock goes within the bounderies of a predetermined time frame it activates, with a maximum activation time of 24-36 hours. This is somewhat like the system used in Eve online for structure sieges, although in Eve you usually have to attack something 2-3 times before it breaks. This system also relies on the defendant to pay the cost of the delay. If they cannot afford it the waste claim activates immediately when built.

Hey guys have the following been answered:


Lets say you have 2 Turrets next to each other, one has fuel the other does not or one is damanged the other isnt ...

Does that count as 2 so the one active is at half damage?

Or is it how many are active, not counting ones with no fuel / damaged to not shoot anymore?
