Everyone remembers how Tribe did in old world raids for 12-24h (Mushi base attack). They are well organised and almost play 24/7 (Chief is). Even whole town of normal working ppl that have families wont stand a chance vs that (even if they defences are great). Thats the biggest flaw in Salem. I wish they would implement something like Albion Online did (alpha tests). You basicly can set a time window when your area can be attacked. This would allow for "normal" ppl to hold ground on same rules.
Don't kid yourself, people in the tribe have jobs and families and have to schedule when they can play. You're right about us being well organized though. Any other group of average people with lives outside the game could do the same as us, I guess we just make it look easy.
I really don't think the way Salem is set up makes a 'time window' fair. It's not so easy coordinating a time when a dozen people can be in the same place at the same time, especially when getting to that place can mean hours of running. Having the raid time determined by someone else is ridiculous. We already have waste claims that give 24 hours notice.
