Baseline pumpkin pies for < 100 phlegm
Base`Cornmeal Flatbread < 100 blood
Wartbaked wartbites for < 100 YB

Takes a lot of food but save the wartbites it's easy to make

I will disagree on the bb,meat pies even with beaver gives more bb than cabbage cakes. Deer/Bear meat pies are A LOT better. And for blood i would combine shroom pies and flatbread,otherwise you need too much corn. For YB you could also try the shroom pie+wildberry pie combination.

Cabbage cakes can be eaten faster than meat pies and give more black bile, especially if you can get to t2. A t2 meat pie with deer (beaver is marginally better, but the differences are very small) gives around 20 bb, while cabbage cakes give 30-40 (!). At t1 they're about equal, with the cabbage cakes faster to eat.
You can just mix them of course. (There is also the option of witch's hats or witch's hat in mushroom pies, but cabbage cakes are easier and better!)
Bear meat in meat pies is a waste, raising bb is so easy, your quality meat should go into other stuff. Windy poohs, aztecs or even blue bearies...

Mushroom pies and aztec abattoir for blood/yellow bile are easy to make, but there are a lot of options for blood. Just eat what is easiest to make for you. (Buddies-on-a-branch if you like fishing for example.)
Phlegm is easy, there are several options, too. Pumpkin pies, wild salad (fast to eat!), a walk on the wild side (slow to eat) and cabbage chuck roast (t2 cabbage) comes to mind.

You can level without pies, but it makes it unnessecarily hard.

blood: mushroom pie, buddies-on-a-brach, papricharred charcuterie, whatever
phlegm: pumpkin pie, wild salad, walk on the wild side, cabbage chuck rost, even humble meat pie (50%)
yellow bile: mushroom pie, aztec abattoir, shrooms-on-a-stick (yb is the trickiest)
black bile: cabbage cake, humble meat pie, witch's hat

Great advice,i have to disagree again though on the meat pie:P Oatmeal, Bear/deer meat pie gives me (9/39/33/43 approximately) while cabbage cakes give around 10. Even a simple beaver pie gives better bb numbers than cab cakes. T2 cabbage cakes are almost as good as a basic meat pie (a bit more reliable too),but i would rather use my t2 cabbage on crumbs or rolls. Besides finding bears is easier than waiting for the cabbage to grow.

If you are swimming in bear meat, then yes, meat pies are better than t1 cabbage cakes in total numbers, even with the slower eating speed. But which low bile character can kill bears easily!? Your numbers seem a little off though, haven't made bear pies lately, but it seems you cited the highest number for pies and the lowest for cakes to make your point. Seeing as new people cannot grow purity, you should take the average for both.
Oh and growing cabbage is very easy and much more reliable than trying to find bears. You can make dozens of cakes from just one field.

The numbers i put are the ones i got for a 0% pie for all events,so i don't really see what you mean about me choosing values. Same as cakes,they give ~10 in all events. Also i didn't mention purity anywhere:) Have you tried making pies after the farming update? Because a lot of humour values changed and sadly cabbage cakes are not as great as they used to be. So yeah,now even a simple beaver meat pie is better than a cake.

Anywho,i just gave another opinion,people can choose what they want depending on what they can get.
