Dallane, how is that insulting of yours appropriate?

Fruits are not free, you need quite a plantation to really make use of them.
If you do that for the purgative, you might consider the leftovers as "free", that depends on the point of view though.

Also, jalapenos are random, yes, you "can" get a lot with gardeners shovel and high HnS and a bit of luck, but there is no guarantee.

Tenderboiled terrine, cabbage crush salad, sandwiches, ... those are valuable for gluttony and easy to make in large quantities, fruits are, as meow said, "not terribly useful".

Come on now, stop misquoting me. In context, they would be more useful if we had added recipes for them, but we didn't because we're going to redo gluttony anyway. Visions of spamming fruit all day in Gluttony shouldn't be your reason to make an orchard, but if you do have the fruits to spare, it's silly not to glutton them.
