So, from what i keep reading it's like this:
1.If i join the tribe, I must subdue myself so some rp rules so that they can keep me in a leash. Also by the number of people that are against the tribe, wich can't not be taken in consideration, there is a risk of getting betrayed/robbed or be called a criminal anyway(human's are corrupt by nature, it's imposible that in a large group there won't be atleast someone abusing his powers). I also risk to be killed by those that hate the treaty.
2.If i don't join, I'm being a criminal, and they are free to rob and kill me, calling this justice(i hope you guys are rp-ing otherwise you really should consider going to a psychologist).
Soo, for me, as a new casual guy, I will go for number 2. I want to play this game in peace, and by my own rules. I don't want to govern people, neither to be governed. Imposing rules without listening to the people is called dictatorship, and it's a system I detest, both in reality or in games. So i'l grow up and go into the wilds. Somehow this treaty is nice, because it adds a nice evil faction to the game, and give you the ability to either join or hide. But I think that it's brutal for new players to be put to make this choice so early, when you don't even know the game rules well. If the Tribe really consider themselves so just, acting like a supreme arm of retribution, they should actually try to reason with those they call criminals, and spare the young. Otherwise, they, atleast for me, are just another group of people abusing their power, criminals hunting "criminals".
