A more general note: You want either to space your braziers out so they don't reach eachother at all, or put them right next to eachother so they have roughly the same range. In the latter case, you will still deal the same damage in almost the entire range, but you have some redundancy: if a raider destroys a single brazier, there's still 3 shooting for a damage output of 3/4N, rather than none at all in the case of a single brazier. My choice is clumps of 3 braziers/5 braziers depending on their location.
