Inspiration regen only 2 pts/5 secs

I am not in darkness either. Currently I have NO debuffs (shroom poisoning, F&FUp, Crime) and humors are fully restored, yet I am only observing 2-3 Inspiration points per tick (5 secs) instead of the expected 9-10 points per tick.

After not watching the pot, the **** still won't boil. Is there anyone who can explain this phenomenon? Thanks.

Oh, there is one thing I noticed.. So far it seems that if my inspiration points are more than 50% of my total inspiration pool then the regen rate falls to 2-3 points per tick. I just studied enough to drop it below 50% of total and I am regenerating the expected number of points. I just have to regen 2000 points to get back to above 50% and I will report if regen rate drops when this happens.

Ok, my inspiration point pool is now greater than 50% of total inspiration points. As soon as that occurred my regen rate dropped from 10-11 per tick to just 2-3 per tick. Is this expected behavior, or is it a bug?

There's no way to know without dev input. Report it in the bug tracker.

I took a note when I first seen this thread, and from what I've gathered it seems to me like the lower your pool is the more lp you gain, but the relation is either not linear or only starts once your lp exceeds a certain percentage. May be even both.
I can say, that lp gain above 80% was almost nonexistent for my toon, but I am too lazy to gather any real numbers.

edt. ofc, since I did not write down any numbers, nor did I run any specifically aimed tests this should be considered a speculation.
