Gluttony / Yellow bile

The mushrooms are good regen food for low-bile characters, but two of them actually make your "max" biles drop. The Waxing-Toadstool makes the max biles drop my 0.1, so until the "poisoned" debuff disappears, you can't regen to your actual max, and so can't glutton.

This said, you also have "movements" that drain your biles. For exemple... I bet you have the "Forage" mode ON, so when you walk with it, it drains your phlegm and Yellow Bile (see this : http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Forage ). Try to disable it and it should be fine

I think Cheena is right - I most likely had forage mode on which was draining my yellow bile. At least I know now and it should be much easier to raise some stats!

I did the same thing my first time trying gluttony, I just walk around with forage on as it drains so slowly and I find so much stuff I need. I didn't think to turn it off and I could never understand why gluttony mode never came on. That and I have horrible coordination and climb over cliffs/ledges I could easily walk around draining 0.1 or so of my phlegm.

The big thing to keep in mind is "messing up" your biles isn't nearly as bad as some people make it out to be. The servers with lime programs can give you 70+ Biles to any one stat with just a few hours of lime digging so dont' be worried if one stat gets 20-30 off another stat. In the grand scope that isn't a big deal.
