Because for example when i find your base if i see it seems a rich base, that's all i need is to put a town claim there to raid your base without scents and hits of braizers. I never be hesitate to spend 2500 silvers to raid your rich base.

They are not talking about a rich claim they are talking about a claim that is not sure they can afford a pClaim, no one is is going to spend 2500s to drop a town on their tiny little noob claim.

They are not even sure they could afford a pClaim and you suggest to buy a tClaim instead? I don't quite follow why a pClaim is not usefull? I understand your argument but I don't think it applies to their situation of newbie players with no money trying to get together to play this game

Just my two cents.

Oh, and for the post originator, I've placed a claim not so long ago. It comes with 2 months paid on the stone, but it is fairly small. Consider your first gained silver in going to the expension of your claim so all your friend can build something on it!

A town is more of a long-term goal unless one wants to spend some money on the Founding Fathers pack or grind out lots of silver really fast. However, anyone playing should consider it a mandatory investment if they want to grow past a small, poor (looking) encampment. I really don't think that the suggestion to put up a town as soon as possible is really that bad. As far as affordability, several players working together should be able to afford one within a week or two given enough time grinding silver. Other than the 2500s up front expense, a town is cheaper per tile than a PClaim.

Yes, but you also need to keep into consideration that in the first 1-2 weeks most players won't "need" 100X100 of space yet so they might be paying for tiles they arn't using.
