Just want to say I am a new player and I found this info on early Gluttony useful, as I am just getting into the mid teens and I wasn't sure where to go next (obviously it's to the cricket farm). Maybe there should be a brief section about Gluttony itself, something like: 1) use the Ender client and 2) eat another item as soon as a bar shoots forward? I am actually slightly unclear on just how fast you have to be. It seems important but I have never slowed down to check.

I think people would be surprised how much an organized, short guide about this would help. Sevenless' Guide is very good, but once he gets into the part about what to actually eat, it's a bit unorganized and incomplete beyond 10 or so.

I salute this effort. Big task ahead there. Keep an eye on the alchemist cookbook, especially the matrix multiplication thingy people are figuring out there.
Did Claeyt shut up yet?

BLOOD
1. Lobster Mushroom - just as addition, since Berries-on-a-Straw are just easier

PHLEGM
1. Lean Rabbit (Roasted Rabbit Cut for lazy ones) - requires just Small Game Hunting, cause killing a rabbit requires 5/5/5/5 biles. You don't even need slingshot, cause you can aggro them with stomp.
2. Sizzled Slug - very easy to get, since Virginia Snails are everywhere (also requires no skill)

YELLOW BILE
1. Sugar Caps

BLACK BILE
1. Waxing Toadstool

Nice addition here, BUT..

I think not many new players can actually boil their mushrooms.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember not being able to raise biles when poisoned by mushrooms?

I wonder if Lean Rabbit's gluttony values are also affected by the plants used?
I should get into this as well.. ;)

Relax, it works, been tested, etc.

1. There is NO noticeable penatly from mushroom poison to new players. 0.1 biles is something you will never notice. Also you can glutton while poisoned, so there is no point in boiling, really.
2. Yes, gluttony values ARE determined by type of plant used. I have to admit, I have no idea about relation =/

Also only waxing (in extention warning) toadstools and Witch's caps are poisonous. All other mushrooms like Lobster and sugar caps are perfectly safe.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Alright I slaughtered a couple of bunnies for the sake of science!
Tested out with the usual, easy-to-find foraged goods.. (sugar caps, autumn grass, crowberry stalk, devil's wort, wild garlic etc..)

NO DIFFERENCE HERE.

There was no "made from x" in cooked Lean Rabbit's, so I guess in this case "any plant" works the same way every time!
So good, solid, easy-to-make phelgm food here!
