at this rate , our home will be very BIG since we have to build 4 structure of the same type for all 4 elements . 4 ore smelter , 4 kiln , 4 bin , 4 blah blah blah & the legend continues

You don't HAVE to go for all 4 elements. Look at what elements are best for food and which one your best metal produces. Narrow it down to 2, 3 tops.
